Return

We accept return only if the fabric has problem or it is not what you ordered.  Please note that the color and pattern of the fabric may appear differently depending on the screen you are viewing it on. Due to this variability, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for color/pattern variation issues.  All fabrics are prepared specially for you based on your inquiry and purchased quantity. We need to cut the fabric from a fabric roll to fulfill your order, it is almost impossible to resell the returned fabric. Please understand our policy.

If you have an issues, please contact us within 10 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
