Would this make a nice kitchen towel for drying dishes?
It could work for that, but you should wash the fabric once or twice before using it. We use a fabric softener that can actually make the linen less absorbent at first.
Also, keep in mind that this specific fabric isn't designed for drying dishes, so it might not be quite as effective as a dedicated kitchen towel fabric.
