Made from a balanced blend of 50% linen and 50% cotton, it provides the natural breathability of linen with the durability of cotton. Weighing 155 g/sqm (4.57 oz per square yard), it's ideal for lightweight jackets, pants, dresses, and home textiles.
With a width of 51 inches (129 cm), this fabric has no elasticity, ensuring structure while maintaining comfort. The pre-washed finish enhances its softness, and compared to 100% linen, it tends to wrinkle less.

Do you need to prewash this fabric? What’s shrinkage rate? Washing instructions?
The fabric has an expected shrinkage rate of about 3–4%.
If you would like to minimize shrinkage before sewing, you can prewash the fabric. Alternatively, you can lightly spray water over the material and tumble dry it for 5 to 10 minutes, which will reduce the shrinkage down to just 1–2%.
For care instructions, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle or hand washing, followed by line drying. If needed, you can iron the fabric on a low temperature setting. Do not bleach.
